I think that was peak TV Forum. May as well shut the site down, never going to beat that.Jamesypoo wrote: Mon 22 Mar, 2021 21.38 So apparently the knock off BBC logos being used by one department are proof the government is planning to overthrow the BBC by way of stealth rebranding and it must surely be a sign of bigger changes to come.
Never mind the fact there have been tonnes of dodgy variants floating around over the years.

Indeed, james-2001 has gone a bit Mouseboy and edited their post 9 times in a row.
It's nice to see in the forum's final days that some pathetic argument on Digital Spy can still make it over to TVF.

My impression is that TV Live Forum is going to be strongly associated with Metropol just like TVF was, so all politics talk will be redirected here I think.Jonwo wrote: Wed 24 Mar, 2021 17.35 For TV Live Forum, the first rule should be no politics, the second rule should be NO POLITICS!

No politics here please thank you.
I hate to admit it but I do tend to mute or unfriend people if they start going on about politics on social media. It's just not fun to be posting about what's wrong with the world on a regular basis.
I have often described myself as a political researcher who hates politics - by which I mean, while fascinated by the mechanisms behind politics, I have no interest in the day-to-day soap opera which bores the living arse off me.Jonwo wrote: Wed 24 Mar, 2021 20.50I hate to admit it but I do tend to mute or unfriend people if they start going on about politics on social media. Yeah, that wasn't the kind of thing I expected when I started the thread. I thought people would talk about how odd it was that they were getting rid of their most popular sections and about how short notice the news was. Instead, people started arguing and completely derailing the thread.
